We crafted our Indian Pale Ale in a California Style giving the hop lovers the fix they need! We let this beer brew on a heavy hop schedule allowing for all the flavours to bind perfectly, giving our IPA some serious backbone.
STORY
Smith’s Islands is known as the site of the first settlement in Bermuda after the shipwreck of the Sea Venture back in 1609 and also the place chosen to live by the founders of On De Rock Brewery, hence the tribute of the name for our flagship beer.
TASTING NOTES
Hopped with Amarillo, Centennial and Zamba hops, you can expect aromas of tangerine, grapefruit and lemon. Hop-forward at 45 IBU’s but balanced with a hint of caramel malt and a pleasant 6% ABV, this is our flagship, go-to beer perfect for pairing with pizza and burgers.
